Pinochle
A Game of Partnerships! The classic combination of bidding, melding and trick-taking! Pinochle is a trick-taking game played with a 48-card deck. Pinochle players score points by forming combinations of cards into melds and also by traditional trick-taking. Thus, each pinochle hand is played in three phases: bidding, melds, and tricks.
