Life in the Static is a simple platformer where you can stop time. That’s about it for the description, since you came here to play not to read, right? Oh, also here are controls: KEYBOARD: Arrow Keys – Move; Z or Space Bar – Jump; X – Stop Time; R – Restart; Escape – Pause. GAMEPAD: Left Stick or D-Pad – Move; A – Jump; X – Stop Time; Back – Restart; Start – Pause. Keyboard controls can be changed in the Options. The game was only tested with the XBOX 360 controller.

New update! One Life One Goal version 0.2 will come out on August 1st it has lots packed into a nice update! so let’s get into it. First, a new weapon was added a crossover from this game (https://five-is-a-number.itch.io/rss) its the sword. Next, a pause menu was added. A retry button was added to the death screen. My name is powplowdevs and I am a self-thought game-dev. For the last 3 months, I have been working on my very first solo game One Life One Goal. SURVIVAL MODE: One Life One Goal has, at the moment, two game modes survival and campaign. let’s start with survival mode. As the name suggests the main goal within survival mode is to survive for as long as you can while fighting off enemy AI and collecting coins over time. Coins can be used for lots of things in the store, more information on that is below in the store section. CAMPAIGN MODE: Campaign mode is where most of the gameplay for One Life One Goal is. With 40 different fun levels, all with different intractables like targets, lava, and teleporters. While playing in campaign mode make sure to keep a lookout for other weapons hidden around the map. If you find one make sure to touch or shoot it to unlock it! STORE: The store is a key component in the game. In the store, there are 3 shops the power-up shop, the gun shop, and the face shop. Let’s start with the power-up shop. In the power-up shop, you can buy speed boosts or jump boosts! You can continue to buy them until you max them out at 30 boost points. Next the gun shop, In the gun shop you can buy all the weapons but first, you will have to unlock them in campaign mode and you will need coins from survival mode to buy them. Now the face shop, you might be wondering what you can buy here. Well, you can buy new faces for your enemies to make them look cool! at the moment there are only two. On each level, you have the opportunity to get a bronze, silver, gold or platinum medal. On some tracks, you’ll need gold or better for the motocross to be upgraded and become better. The goal of survival is to survive for as long as you can. The goal of the campaign is to locate and shoot the orange target.
